Fresh Garlic
Normal white garlic, also called hybrid garlic or Chinese white garlic, it is the traditional variety for exporting. The skin is basically white but with some purple stripes.
This variety are mainlyproduced in Shandong Province.
Pure white garlic, also called snow white garlic or extra white garlic.It is a variety without purple stripes on the skin The price is normally higher because the unit outturn is less.It usually produced in Shandong Province.

4.5cm, 5cm, 5.5cm, 6cm, 6.5cm and in some year 7cm is available.
Packing:
20kg/10kg/5/kg mesh bag, 10kg loose carton, and prepackage such as 1kg,500g, 350g, 250g, 200g, 100g packed in 10kg/5/kg/3kg/2/kg carton. We also pack string garlic, or called braid garlic as artistic garlic in some special markets.
